Nub project was born in 2016, with the desire to create a gastronomic space in line with our philosophy, concerns and way of life, to develop a very personal cuisine. The idea of having different roots led us to create a cuisine aimed at searching and rescuing our origins, thus building a cultural bridge, a connection between two worlds, intertwining histories and developing new ideas based on our cultures, using mainly local produce of the land we live in.
