INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RESERVATIONS AND TASTING MENU

Dear customer, due to the complexity of the menu and the fact that it is an experience based on a historical cultural tasting menu, we invite you to read the following information before making your reservation.

  • Our NOVATORE menu can not be modified or adapted to people with allergies and/or intolerances to lactose, fish, shellfish, nuts, eggs, intolerances or allergies to gluten, meat.
  • Our WAYWEN menu is an ovo-dairy vegetarian menu that  can be adapted to people without gluten, it cannot be modified or adapted to people with allergies or intolerance to lactose, nuts or eggs. The modification of the menu for celiac people must be under reservation  of at least 48 hours
  • Our menu has a high lactose content.
  • In case of showing up at the restaurant without having communicated allergies or changes in the menu, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation by charging €150 per guest for the no show, which will be charged to the credit card granted in your reservation.
  • After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. We request that you save the email until after the date of your reservation.
  • Those reservations that do not include credit card details will not be processed by the system.
  • Respectfully, NUB does not accept reservations with children under 12 years of age . We appreciate your compression.
  • Our clients are reminded that the dress code in NUB is Smart Casual. Gentlemen, closed shoes.
  • We have private parking inside the Bahía del Duque Hotel and access for people with reduced mobility.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance using the cancellation link provided by the system in your confirmation or reminder email. After your reservation is canceled, you will receive a cancellation email (Please contact the restaurant if you do not receive it before the date of your reservation)
  • We do not make cancellations by phone
  • We appreciate saving the cancellation email until after the date of your reservation and ensure that no charge has been made to your credit card
  • In case of not canceling within the stipulated time, the system will make an automatic charge of €150 per diner on the credit card provided.
  • In the event that fewer people attend than the reservation made without 24-hour notice, a no show of €150 will be charged for the guests missing from the reservation.
