Since 2016, chefs Fernanda Fuentes Cárdenas (Chile) and Andrea Bernardi (Italy) have led this gastronomic project with a unique and personal vision: to rescue traditions, build cultural bridges, and transform ingredients into emotions.
The Canary Islands are the setting that welcomes and inspires us. Their bountiful land provides us with extraordinary products, which become the soul of our culinary offering. Our cuisine is a constant quest to connect with our roots and memories, reinterpreted with creativity and respect.
